The Journey

Three countries, paced for comfort and calm.

The Peninsula, at Ease is our seniors' special journey through Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Bangkok for travellers aged 60 and above: retired couples, siblings, friends, or parents travelling with or without family. You stay three nights in each city, in one hotel per city, so you unpack three times rather than ten. Two short flights, about 1 hour and 2 hours, connect the countries, each with airport assistance and a private transfer at both ends.

Sightseeing is gentle by design: short city drives, shaded garden walks, seated breaks and a midday rest every day. Highlights include the Singapore Botanic Gardens and Gardens by the Bay, Kuala Lumpur's Perdana Botanical Gardens and the Petronas Twin Towers seen from KLCC Park, and a seated river cruise in Bangkok. A private assistant or guide is with you at every step, and we can share day-wise updates with family back home.

At a glance: 9 nights / 10 days across Singapore (3N), Kuala Lumpur (3N) and Bangkok (3N), from ₹1,39,900 per adult on twin sharing, land package, with comfortable 4★ hotels.

About this journey

Seniors' Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand, questions answered.

Yes, when it is paced properly. Singapore is compact, clean and easy to get around, Kuala Lumpur has excellent hotels and air-conditioned sights, and Bangkok is easy with a private guide. This journey keeps to three cities with one hotel in each, private transfers, airport assistance and a midday rest every day, so the trip stays comfortable rather than tiring.

Each sightseeing day is planned around a few hours of activity with rests, seated breaks and a hotel break at midday. Garden paths are shaded and unhurried, and we skip Batu Caves' 272 steps by design. The Grand Palace and Wat Pho involve some walking on uneven ground in the heat, so we schedule them in the cool of the morning and can swap in a lighter option. Tell us about mobility needs when you enquire: we choose lift-served, step-free routes where possible, arrange airport wheelchair assistance on request, and can quote an accessible vehicle.

There are two short flights: about 1 hour from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur and about 2 hours from Kuala Lumpur to Bangkok. Your trip host arranges meet-and-assist at each airport, wheelchair assistance on request through the airline, and private transfers at both ends, so you are never left to navigate terminals alone.

Yes. Many of our senior guests travel as couples, siblings or a small group of friends. A dedicated host, airport assistance, private transfers and 24/7 support mean they are never managing alone. If you would like to follow along from India, we can share day-wise updates and emergency contacts with the family.

Indian passport holders need a visa for Singapore and must apply before travelling, as there is no visa on arrival. Malaysia is currently visa-free for Indian passport holders for tourism for up to 30 days, under an exemption announced to run until 31 December 2026, so your designer confirms the position for travel dates after that. Thailand is also currently visa-free for short tourist stays, with 30 days per entry under the rules revised in September 2026. Each country also needs a free digital arrival card, completed online within about three days before arrival: the SG Arrival Card, the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) and the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC). Rules can change, so your designer confirms the latest requirements and helps with the Singapore visa and each arrival card for every traveller. Please wait for visa approval before buying non-refundable flights.

November to February is the most comfortable window for Thailand. Singapore and Kuala Lumpur are warm and humid all year, with showers in most months, so carry a light umbrella. March to May is hotter in Thailand, and June to October brings monsoon rains, though showers are usually brief. Your designer adjusts activity timings around the season and your daily routine.

No. Prices are land-only, per person on twin sharing. We can add flights from Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad and other Indian cities, plus the Singapore to Kuala Lumpur and Kuala Lumpur to Bangkok flights, using an open-jaw ticket: into Singapore and home from Bangkok, preferring daytime flights and comfortable seats.

Your trip host is reachable 24/7 and can arrange a doctor to visit your hotel or take you to an accredited hospital in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur or Bangkok, coordinating the visit and helping with translation where needed. Consultation, medicine and hospital charges are payable at actuals, so travel insurance with medical cover is strongly recommended.

It is strongly recommended. Choose a policy with medical and hospitalisation cover, and check age limits, exclusions and how pre-existing conditions are treated. We can quote a suitable policy alongside your package.

Yes. Carry enough for the whole trip plus a few spare days in hand luggage, in original packaging, with a doctor's prescription or letter listing generic names. Some medicines are controlled in Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand, so ask your doctor and let us know your requirements well before you travel.

Yes, on request. Indian, vegetarian and Jain food is easy to find in all three cities, including Little India in Singapore and Brickfields in Kuala Lumpur. Tell your designer about dietary needs when you enquire, and the river cruise dinner and farewell dinner are planned with simple, mild, easy-to-digest options.

Thailand at Ease covers Bangkok and Pattaya in six nights and suits travellers who prefer one country. This journey adds Singapore and Kuala Lumpur for a grander itinerary, with the same slow pace, one hotel per city and airport assistance. Your designer can also shorten or extend either trip.

Planning from India

A senior citizen Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand tour, planned from India.

This senior citizen Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand tour package is built for travellers aged 60 and above who want a grand three-country holiday without the rushing. You spend three nights in each of Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Bangkok, in one comfortable 4★ hotel per city, with private assistance at every step, gentle city walks and gardens, and a midday rest every day.

Most guests fly from Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Chennai and Hyderabad, and many are booked by adult children planning a trip for their parents. We can add flights to your quotation using an open-jaw ticket, into Singapore and home from Bangkok, with airport assistance and sensible timings, and help with the Singapore visa and each country's arrival card so the paperwork is settled before you fly.

The best months are November to February. Prefer just Thailand? See Thailand at Ease, our six-night senior citizen Thailand tour. Want a more active pace?
